th400 kickdown switch and bracket

i believe this is for 67-69. bench tested and works. blasted and painted. i repaired a crack in the boot with rubber cement, but i would find a replacement boot, it's pretty old. i'll include the wires and connectors for reference, but they will need to be replaced.

$65 shipped.

Re: th400 kickdown switch and bracket

ha ha sorry i didn't know that was a question. to be honest i don't really know. it was red(ish) before. i considered painting it aluminum color (which i have), in hindsight i should have. i'd be willing to blast it again and/or recoat aluminum if you preferred. it won't take me long.

Re: th400 kickdown switch and bracket

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the switch housing would be the natural aluminum finish and the bracket would be phosphate plated?

Re: th400 kickdown switch and bracket

ok sorry for the delay i got the black paint removed and cleaned the parts with mineral spirits. i can ship like it is or spray with aluminum paint. let me know what you prefer. i'm not 100% positive but i think the bracket is steel and the switch is aluminum.
