Rear wiper not working - 2004 Suburban
I cannot turn the wiper on low or high with the switch. I can press the switch which activates both the wiper and washer. My first thought was faulty switch - but the new switch did the same thing.
I don't really need it to work, but I hate not being able to fix it. Any ideas?
