1962 E-Brake Pictures Needed

Got the Manual and looking through Faqs but can't find a clear shot of the passenger side fwd bar connection. The 62 is different than others. Top pic is passenger second picture is driver side. There was a horseshoe connection with a cut off piece of cable don't know if this was a deadleg or what is supposed to be there.

Thanks. Looks like the front bar on mine is not in right slot. Have no idea why clevis and cable on passenger side.
