Cool Myrtle Beach Car Show

I'm getting the truck ready this weekend for the car show at the beach. Anybody going to be there? Got new intake gaskets, exhaust, oil unit, and cleaned up real good.
I need to put a radiator in it, but I don't think I will have it done by the end of this weekend though. I will be down there Wenesday night late.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Thumbs up Radiator

I didn't think I would get it in, but I did, and had it cleaned and soldered for $50.00. Took it out this morning, and carried it to the local shop. He did all of it in 3hrs. Put a coat of paint on it and put it back in and filled it up. No more leaks.

Thumbs up Beach Trip

Headed down tomorrow night after work. Staying until Sunday. No wife, no kids, just me and the truck what a week it should be. I have three golfcarts to work on and go to the show. The weather channel is saying upper 60's all week after today, it should be a great show. Hope to see some of you there. I will have my Easy up 10x10 tent to sit under by the truck.

Andy I was just down there this past weekend with the wife and friends but I am so seriously tempted to making the 4 hr drive again to go to this car show. I ran into it by accident a couple years ago when i was there and i seen so many bad arse cars driving around with blowers sticking out of the hood I forgot about the spring break and girls thing (wasn't married back then) Andy do you know what time festivities kick off and exactly where at? is it on 17 or boardwalk at the beach or the ocean drive strip?

Cool Here you go

This is the home page with all the info on the show. There will be a cruise night on Thursday night. I went to it last year, I have some golf cart work I promised my friends at the park I would do so I may not make it to the cruise this year. Thursady will be the only day I have to work on them. The rest oof the time I plan on being at the show.
If you come down look for my truck and tent I will be there all day on Friday and Saturday.
My truck is no means a show truck, but it gives me a excuse to go and have a place to sit during the day. Went one year just to look and ended up having to sit on the side walk to rest and spent a bunch of money just for drinks and food.

Cool Pictures

I have my digital camera charged and have 5 disc's to take. I plan on taking a lot of them. Might even throw a few of the golf cart pictures in as well. May even try and find some other things to take pictures of.

There here!! All I saw today was old cars and trucks riding the streets. I even saw a few of our style trucks. Can't wait until this weekend. I might even have to pull the old chevy out and take a ride down there.

Cool I'm Here

Drove down after work, well I did leave a little early. Got here about 21:45. 09:45. Didn't have any trouble, didn't see the first H/P man. Didn't have to pay the tull road, it was free today I guess for S/P day. Made it in just under 4hrs. Had to stop twice. To much M/D. I plan on going down in the morning to get my registration done, will hang out for awhile then head back to the house to work on golf carts and clean the truck up again. The number is (843) 361-8116 H (864) 419-2928 C

Give me a call tomorrow and maybe we can figure a way to meet.

OLDROCK&ROLLER
When do you plan on getting down Saturday, early I hope. I'll have the tent to sit under.

Hope to see some members this weekend and have a good trip down.
Andy
