Does anyone sell parking brake pieces?
This truck never had a parking brake and I want to run the 66 parking brake setup on it. I have all new cables but now I need all of the pieces to make the parking brake work. I honestly do not even know what all id needed. I think there are 2 long threaded rods? 2 or 3 u-shaped cable guides? Aren't there some funky shaped rods as well?

Re: Does anyone sell parking brake pieces?
I snagged mine off a 90s Suburban from junkyard. Just had to find one that wasn't sitting on drums. Half ton of course.

Re: Does anyone sell parking brake pieces?
If you read through the thread I posted it has a ton of pictures and information on the setup. Short of that you could hit some wreckers and prob get everything for next to nothing.

I see what you mean, wierd. I don't know why I can't post up a URL but if you search "1966 and later park brake" on this site or google it'll pop up. By Wooergoo

There is a 66' in the and a 65' in the Belton yard that both still have the parking brake assemblies and rearends in them. 20160825_095755 by bjohnson388, on Flickr

Re: Does anyone sell parking brake pieces?
Nice, I am going to try to stop by there on Saturday. I ordered everything new BUT I still need this damn cable clamp for the parking brake handle. I bet they won't sell me just this little piece.

Re: Does anyone sell parking brake pieces?
Yes they will sell you anything. I don't even have that part. Didn't know I was missing it.
