One piece drive shaft install
I am having a lot of trouble getting the drive shaft in the trans. i have a th350 and i know all the measurements are right, but I can't get the yolk to line up perfectly with the transmission because it's going back and hitting the linkage at the differential. so i can't rotate it to get in the right angle. any suggestions or tricks?

Re: One piece drive shaft install
With the transmission in Neutral slide the yoke all the way onto the output shaft splines.
Since the transmission is in neutral you can rotate the shaft any way you need it. Then rotate it until the bearing cups line up with the saddles on the rear end yoke and slide the drive shaft rearwards into the saddles. If you still can't get the drive shaft into the rear saddles... then like stated above, your dive shaft is too long. Gary
