C notch and powdercoating

Hi everyone. Been a while since iv gotten on here. I am at the stage now where my frame is ready to be sandblasted and i want to powdercoat. Question is i want to put bolt on c notch kit but want to powdercoat frame not sure if i cut it before or after powdercoat considering there may be bare metal that can rust and ruin powdercoating later on undernieth c notch. What do i do? Thanks.

Re: C notch and powdercoating

Thanks for reply i thought so as well. Only thing i was worried about is if i cut it first just transporting. Only because the structure will be a little weaker. Do you think it will hold up. As long as their isnt weight on it i guess. Thanks
