60-62 rear bolt-in kit
I just joined this forum, but I have been a loooong time follower! Keep up the good work everyone!
I developed this kit about a year and a half ago, but I am now ready to start making small batches of these assemblies and wanted to see if anyone might be interested..... Brief Details: .188" thick material construction. Retains the x-frame. Converts trailing arms to a four link w/panhard. Almost 100% bolt-on (requires welding at the axle) https://www.instagram.com/p/z73q9tsR...=psukraw&hl=en https://www.instagram.com/p/xNow_CMR...=psukraw&hl=en https://www.instagram.com/p/2H4RQOMR...=psukraw&hl=en https://www.instagram.com/p/3SSsKzsR...=psukraw&hl=en https://www.instagram.com/p/3SS8mYsR...=psukraw&hl=en https://www.instagram.com/p/3STOXbsR...=psukraw&hl=en Thank you for looking! Looks good to me aside from the lower shock mount.

Re: 60-62 rear bolt-in kit
Just throwing it out there. I just had a new 2 piece driveshaft built by Adams Driveline for my '62 Short bed with pipe notch. What did you do for a carrier bearing mount?

Re: 60-62 rear bolt-in kit
In your description you say that the lower shock mount is a layered design. It bolts between the lower bag mount and the bag. IMO that design will eventually break. It should be braced against the axle tube or the lower bag mount. It could be either bolted or welded.

Re: 60-62 rear bolt-in kit
i like it. i run a 62. would be cool if you made it without such a huge notch too though, for those that dont need to be that low, and want to retain some bed space.

Re: 60-62 rear bolt-in kit
I put a 2.5" notch in mine of which the pumpkin pokes through at full drop. But now I am limited by exhaust so the notches are useless as far as axle would stop at frame if not for shocks or bumpstop. So before you cut consider this.

Re: 60-62 rear bolt-in kit
The bed sits on the frame at the notch.

Re: 60-62 rear bolt-in kit
I'm interested pending price.
Would happen to have an overhead shot of the kit installed?
