Want to Do Big Back Window Conversion, what are my options?

I want to do a big back window Conversion on my 63. Never done it before, read up a little bit on it. I don't know how to weld or anything. Why are my options? What do I get a kit or template for it? Anything I'm missing? I plan to do it myself because I can't pay anyone to do it for me. Thanks
