My awesome new roof rack

Got a carpac carter bros rack. It's a big one like 8 foot long. Used once for cross country trip Connecticut to California then stored for 60 years. Near perfect and complete. Now I need something to put it on.

Re: My awesome new roof rack

It would look good on the top of one of my Suburbans or hanging in the garage when not used. Great find!

Re: My awesome new roof rack

Probably be dwarfed by the sheer mass of a stageway. I'm not going to use it on my 57 as the roof is too curved. Would work best on 60-66. Too antiquey for 67-72 imo. Matt

Re: My awesome new roof rack

This would be too long for my suburban. What are the dimensions as I've not seen one with three pedestals on both sides?
Also did you get the canvas bag as well?

Here is a photo of what I thought was the longest type they made.

Re: My awesome new roof rack

You need to make a post in the Classified Ads location. Doing it within this area is not allowed. Also a note to all, PM sales are not allowed per forum rules.

Thanks for understanding and good luck.
