is that a factory equipped piece, I can remember if my truck has one or not???

yes, it's a rectangle shaped rubber bumper that stops the brake pedal when your foot is off of it. If you have a clutch, it would have one also.

Those rubber bumpers are repopped. I bought a set for my Blazer not long ago from the Truck Shop.
