doorr hinge removal
I have to slam my driver door to get it to close. It seems that it his hitting the inside door rubber before it's even close to closing and puts a major bind on the door. I replaced the door pins and bushings but that didn't help. I tried moving the door in and out at the hinges but it seems like that they are as far out as they can go so my next attempt will be to replace the hinges and possibly shim behind them. Do you have to remove the fender to get to the hinge bolts or is there another way?

Re: doorr hinge removal
Take the door off, or sacrifice a 9/16 wrench and make it work heat and bend into a u -shape

Re: doorr hinge removal
I do have a bent wrench put I can't get my hand in the small space to shim the door so I think I'll have to agree with taking off the fender. Thanks for the suggestions.
