rear shocks

Being ive been going "all out" with the front end of my truck and after sticking new heavy duty coil springs in the front , my rear end ( of the truck) looks like its sitting lower than the fronts now. Im going to have my rear springs re-arced and maybe add a leaf or two or maybe just have 3/4 ton rear springs installed on my 1/2 ton pickup. What kind of shocks do you guys recommend? I use my truck for a work horse, and its not uncommon for me to be hauling a yard of gravel or something thats heavy, but i dont want something so stiff that when the roads get slightly wet the rear will slide out on me
