R30 Control arm bushing replacement

I've searched around and I'm finding more fully loaded control arms than replacement bushings. Are these things really that difficult to change? I've found videos for changing the 1/2 ton items but none for the 1-ton. Anyone have any links?

Thanks!

3/4 & 1-ton square body a-arms are serviced just like 6x-72 a-arms. The square body C10 a-arms use press in bushings so they're different vs. the C20/C30.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
