Mechanically,,, everything was replaced, except for the rear end gears ,,, we did change the 305 to a 350 290 hp create engine,,, The mechanic did excellent work,,, the body man,,, not so much,,, its alright work as long as you don't look to close,,, it is a daily driver and he knew this,,, still doesn't excuse sub par work IMO ,,, the truck has a couple of orange peel spots on the paint,,, a few paint chip spots when they putting the hood & doors back on,,, drivers side door window isn't working 100% right, It will do till I can get it back into the shop to get some of these problems taken care of. We have a big Crusin thing going on in my area,,, truck had to be out of the shop for that,, or it would still be there getting these things fixed.

What sort of drop does this have?
I didn't do much of the work,,, I pretty much don't get any days off,,, and because of my age,,, just to tired to do much when I do get off if I had tried to do all of this,, I would have been dead and in the ground before it got finished I had a body shop and a mechanic doing most all the work.

I wish I had the time to do the body work,,, I am sure I could have did a better job. Its not that they didn't do good body work,,, they did,, they did sub par work putting everything back onto the truck,, and chipped up the paint doing it They were trying to rush it ,,, to get it out of the shop

I had a DJM drop kit installed on the truck ,,, 4 inches in the back and 3 inches in the front,,, I am not really sure thats what ended up happening though,,, I crawled up under the back of the truck the other day,,, it looks like you can move the bolt down to a lower hole,,, that would drop the back another 1 to 1 1/2 inches. I didn't look at the front lowering bracket to see if that could also be dropped more. I kinda like it the way it is though.
