Instrument cluster questions
Just pulled this cluster. Anyone happen to know what this hole marked with a "?" in the cluster is for? It had nothing going to it, and I believe the same applies to my other truck. Perhaps it just takes a bulb and socket like most of the others? The manual says it's an Instrument Cluster Light.
The manual also says the hole (marked "OK") is an Instrument Cluster Light. But this takes a socket fed by a black wire, which appears to come from the turn switch. Thank you

firedemon is correct.... The one marked "Cluster" is the fiber optic for the gear indicator on the column. It goes in the hole by the speedo marked "OK" The other one just takes a regular bulb & black socket. LockDoc
