Another Dakota dirty beat up 71 K20 - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Found the fraternal twin to my 71 ochre K20 (at least in as found condition) and hauled it home on monday.

The new twin and the old twin are shown below. They even have same exact configuration of options except the green one has a no spin. I need a pic of the pass side of the green one, its smashed in also! Its uncanny how they are the same truck almost. Nice frames and clean titles on both.

The winch is just the one mounted on the trailer, I had to jump across the solenoid terminals, I better fix it before i find the next truck

Dam, what i would do to have the k20.
My poor k10 rear frame is so tweaked in the rear i have to level it with a cement bag on the driver side.
Wish i had some $$.

More pics, this is actually a bit better optioned than I remembered. Just looked at SPID again. Was a nicely optioned no frills truck in its day.

Still has the spiral shocks in rear. Hopefully thats good indication the no spin is still in there.
