Well as some of you may know I've been working on a transmission cooler and redo all my tranny lines to steel rather than steel/rubber combinations.

I installed a small tranny cooler too, I don't have any leaks, but I want to redo the rubber lines with some nice steel ones asap. I need one little fitting to achieve it. What I need is a little fitting that the hose from the tranny cooler slides over, and then tighten the hose from the tranny onto it via it's steel pipe. The overall install went really good otherwise, minus the typical cuts from the radiator....

I'll be installing my cooler this weekend hopefully after several months of telling myself I need one, but summer is coming and I decided I better get it before it gets too warm. I'll probably just use whatever comes with the B&M kit cause I am not TOO worried about what it looks like on my truck.

You can't even see mine. I just mounted it on the front of the rad. The only thing you can see is the little hoses coming around front of the rad. I have every intention of fixing my redneck job as soon as I find a hitch to install on my truck.

No pics as of yet Eric. I'll try and get some up here. It's not the prettiest sites but it's functional and just got back from a trip to my parent's house (about 2-3 hours away) and ran beautiful.

You did get lucky. Everytime something like that happens to me I get screwed. You will really apprecaite the trouble you went through when you don't have any more tranny fluid leaks.
I did that same thing before on an 88 I had. In the end it was well worth the hassle... ![]()
