Thanks, I thought maybe he was talking about the steel kingpin itself. I haven't looked at my 60 in a while, so I forgot about the nylon cone.

Ryan, I was looking at some of the other build threads of '70 K20 trucks, and the ones I looked at have the short spring hanger in the front as well. I'm guessing maybe '67-'70 trucks have the shorter hanger, and '71-2 was a chassis change to the longer hanger in the front. I wonder why that was? Great work as always on your junk.

Ryan, nice work on the D60! That back bumper looks great too! I am betting there is an awesome market for those front spring shackle mounts for these trucks!
