66 paint code colour?

Hey guys,
This should probably be posted in the paint and body category but I figured mor will see it posted here. Anyhow. I was at the body shop today checking on the progress of my truck and we got to trying to match the colour. I have the tag that has the paint code on it but I can't find a match it is 5215. Anyone got any ideas? I have been to the local paint supply shop and they weren't able to find that code in either the US or Canadian books that they have on file. I didn't snap a pic of the spots that they polished up but it looked awesome. Maybe I'm reading the tag wrong I'm honestly not sure. Thanks for any input or advice.

Vince

Not sure how to add more than one picture to a post. When I try it takes the last uploaded pic. I'm not very good at this stuff. Lol! Here are a couple more.

Is that RF fender a repro? How did it fit? Always on the lookout for new fender info!

Unfortunately there is no database or record on Canadian paint codes, they are different than the American 3 digit codes

Re: 66 paint code colour?

It is a repop fender. It actually fits pretty good. I'm not sure who manufactured it. We have a guy up here close to home that sells early Chevy truck stuff. Scott Super Trucks in Penhold Alberta. His prices are reasonable. He will tell you the quality of the parts your buying. If he has trouble with certain brands he will tell you up front. I've replaced inner and outter fenders, inner and outter rockers, toe kicks, front and rear door pillars and cab corners. Out of all the stuff I used the inner fenders were the biggest pain. Everything else went in pretty good.

Re: 66 paint code colour?

Yeah we had a bunch of old books out that had the four digit Canadian codes just not the code I have stamped on the plate. I think we're gonna try to colour match it best we can. Pretty much all we can do.
