Need advice on out of State Purchase

1.My dad is looking at purchasing a burb in Denver, CO. Any advice on paying without getting ripped off?

2. Any reasonable shipping companies you know of?

3. Anyone in Denver, CO want to give it a once over for us?

I'm in Westminster CO (15 min. North of Denver). I could stop by and give it a look if you want. Let me know. Sunday mornings are my best times when I could go check it.

My brother is just south of Denver and if you need some help PM me. He's got my 4x4 and has owned a few others so I would consider him knowledeable.
