I'll eventually be doing the same to mine, I did some research last year, let me see if I can track down the parts and associated numbers..

Thanks Twisted78SS,
I have a Saginaw pump mounted on the engine. Got that part off the upgrade covered. |

Re: 1967 k-10
Got the alternator and P/S all aligned up. A/C compressor next. I haven't purchased any brackets or other components for the A/C yet. Can't wait to get started on it though. In the meantime, going to start removing the body from the frame.
I have found a lot of helpful information on this site. Thanks all! |

Re: 1967 k-10
I'm not positive about 4 x 4's, but have converted a 72 and 70 two wheel drives to power steering using parts from 73-79 Chevy donor trucks. All of the parts bolted up. Imagine 4 x 4's should be the same.....

Yes sir! still running the old style front diff. What you have done is GREAT! Who made that sexy bracket? Do you have a P/N for the gearbox?
Going to try and add overdrive and put the 4:11's back in. Been running 3:73's for years but still have the old sets. |

Re: 1967 k-10
you need a steering box from a 4x4 only that mounts on the outside of the frame. not a 2wd s-box. the bracket is made by captianfab on the 60-66 side. he should be here also.
