I'd just get another set of doors and sell the doors with the one piece glass to someone who wanted them. You might post them on Craigslist offering to trade them straight across for proper doors with vent wings and good glass that are in equal condition.
I'd think that there is probably someone within an hour's drive that would jump at it. You may even have someone close enough on here that wants single piece door glass that contacts you. On the other hand after looking at a photo of one of my doors it actually it might not be that hard to change them back as the big part is welding the bracket/tab for the vent to sit on back in the door. ![]() That's a 51 door but the tab is the same. If your truck still has it's original doors all the screw holes and other pieces still should still be in the door. The inside molding around the glass is different as it has a notch for the vent post an may be cut away a bit for clearance for the vent wing it's self. If you moldings still have the notch you are good to go there.
