Source for speedo cable

As some of you know, I am putting engine and trans from a 72 C50 in my 49 Studebaker farm truck.

The truck speedo cable is different from cars and light trucks. The speedo end is the same (square) but the trans end of the cable is "Q" shaped for lack of a better descrription. It is round with a little nub.
The cable from my donor truck would have worked, except the cable itself is broken.

Anyone have a source for medium duty truck speedo cable?
