I have a spare package of new door weatherstripping. If its something you need id be happy to send it out. It is the original glue on style and i ended up using the push on style.

Looking good so far! Pretty cool opportunity for those kids! I was lucky enough to have a shop program in my high school, although it would have been awesome to build a truck instead of just engines!
