Anyone have any guess WTH this is?

Saw this sitting beside a 2lane highway the other day. No for sale sign just sitting. i don't have a clue what it is, but i can see it looking pretty darn cool sitting on a 1ton van chassis with a duramax /allison. May be what they have going there don't know, just cant even guess what year / brand it is (international??? or Diamond?)

Looks like a '41 Ford COE cab on a '73-up Chevy K-20 chassis.

Re: Anyone have any guess WTH this is?

WOW when I come back in here the picture is supersized and I can see the logos. It came off my phone and i couldn't see crap. Will apologize for stuffing a picture of a ford in here (I'll take the lashes LOL) Well at least like all good fords it's on a GM drivetrain.

I have a buddy with a 1ton duramax van he has offered me for peanut, I need another project like a hole in the head but then I drive by THAT on the side of the road......

Thanks guys for the ID
