Both single and double wall tops as far as I know

both of mine are broken at the bend and the top is missing... are they important?

Not important, just helps defect rain/water from coming into the cab at that corner.

Anyone know where to get these parts? Also the plastic piece (cap) just below it that mounts to the door itself?

Yep, you have to have them if you want to keep the water out. And don't forget the RTV - see BobbyK's pics.
