1975 c30 4x4

I am going to auction next week that has a 75 c30 4x4 auto, camper special with 90,000 miles, listed. I don't know anymore than that. I can't find any prices on a truck like that. What is a ball park price to pay?

I didn't think they made a K/30 4X4 until 1977

Sounds like potentially a cool truck. Hard to give price with just that info. Theres going to be a huge price difference between a rusted up truck and a really well kept one.

Re: 1975 c30 4x4

well first it was listed as a 78 3800,I knew that wasn't correct. Then I saw it listed as 75 one ton 4x4.

All depends how solid it is. If that sucker is solid, I'd say $6k would be fair.

For perspective, I picked up my 87 R30 (2wd) CC Dually 454/th400 for $3500. Zero rust. Body and interior in great shape. 86K miles.

Crewcabs? My parents had a 1 ton 73 when I was a kid. I crashed it into a Pinto. The Pinto lost that argument.

Re: 1975 c30 4x4

They made 4wd 1 tons, but weren't really a 1 ton with no 60 front. But years ago, I spotted a 4wd crew that was sitting. One good thing bout NYS vehicles is the reggy is on the windshield, and says the year. It was a 73, 454, 4-speed, div case, big hub 44 front and 14ff rear. I could never get a good look at it, but saw couple times since. I read somewhere that they were kinda like NAPCO's but can't confirm....

No factory K/30 or K/35 of any sort till '77, which was the first 454 4wd as well. A C/30 is a 2wd

Re: 1975 c30 4x4

It could still be a bargain since it appears they don't know what it is. It may well be a 77 K30 Camper Special.

Re: 1975 c30 4x4

With out pictures and a lot more info like engine trans etc etc its hard to say.If its rough and a rust bucket 5k or less,If its super nice and looks brand new inside and out. Then its probably gonna go 10k plus.
