Front brake hose thread sizes?

Over here in the UK we don't have places that deal with proper trucks like the square body, so buying new brake lines isn't as easy for me as it is for you lot!

I have a 6" lift to go on my truck and need to get some longer front flexi lines made up.

I'm looking to do away with the the banjo bolt etc at the caliper and have the new fitting on the end of the flexi thread straight in.

What size thread will be on there?
It's a Dana 60 front axle, on a 1989.crew cab .
I've seen people say 10mm 1.5?

Also what is the thread on the female piece where it goes into the chassis rail?

I know the best option is just to take the brake line off and take it to a shop to be measured and a replacement made up, but the truck is my daily driver so easier said than done!

Thanks for any info.
