Re: (Pittsburgh Glass Works)
I haven't dealt with them lately, but back when I had my glass business my preferred brands were LOF and PPG - they were OEM on GM vehicles. PPG is now Pittsburgh Glass Works, so I would imagine the quality is still high. Maybe someone with more recent experience can verify whether that's true.

The replacement windshield in my saturn vue is from PGW. I have no issues with the quality.

Re: (Pittsburgh Glass Works)
If it's just a matter of a name change, for whatever BS legal reason corporations do such things, it should be good glass. PPG was always my second choice to LOF, which was OEM in these trucks. I assume LOF is no more? Been meaning to look into it before buying. Both trucks need a front window.

Re: (Pittsburgh Glass Works)
Lof is gone, Pittsburgh glass works bought them and now they are no longer, that's why I bought this one and he has a few left I think. I picked it up in Ohio and saved shipping. Follow the link and he can give you info. Paul

Re: (Pittsburgh Glass Works)
Are you saying those are old stock LOF? Shew, shipping is more than cost of windshield. Trip to Ohio sounds better.
