68 c30 wrecker
is the frame on a 68 c30 flatbed the same as a 68 c30 wrecker. both have 133 wheelbase.

Yes, cab & chassis frames are the same in the same year in DRW or SRW.

A lot of the wrecker installers cut the rear of frame down, just like a dump bed installer would do also. This would jog the brain a lil if both type trucks were next to each other
