Question Seat cover fit question: 67 to 66

Does anyone know if a second gen 67-72 seat upholstery cover will fit on the earlier 64-66 seat? In a separate thread discussing cover colors someone suggested that the 67+ cover would fit on my 66 bench but I need to know for sure before I drop that kind of money. I know a 67 bench will fit in my truck but never head of the cover being interchangeable. I really like the 67+ seat patterns and have found several online that would go well with my truck.

Anyone have experience either way with this?

Since my post on seat bottom foam didnt make it to the FAQ section, I would think that it would fit IF you have the full seat foam, not the standard foam seat.

Re: Seat cover fit question: 67 to 66

Based on those other descriptions I may have a standard despite having the cloth upholstery. I haven't pulled the cover off but looking underneath the springs don't look deluxe. BTW, the last pic posted upside down... still issues with the current version of this forum software (ugh).

Pimpstone - no returns on most covers since they are often made to order.

Yes it's a standard. Not the full foam seat. Maybe someone else can chime in on their knowledge...?
