Re: question on cab/frame

I bought a 40 Ford coupe once in California and changed titles there. Moved to Nevada and they did look at the frame numbers. I had to get California to change the title, they did.
However, in Texas the county tax offices register your truck and they DO NOT look at the frame numbers. So Clyde is right for Texas, but not in other areas.
Strange huh?

Re: question on cab/frame

The guy still has it. I am getting a titled 61 cab and a 65 short bed frame. The title is for a short bed so all is good there, plus from what researching frame year is better suspension. I pick it up in a couple weeks
