Floor/jam repair - In what order?

As seen in the pics, it's time to tackle some floor repair on my '62 C10. I have patch panels for rocker panels, inner rocker panels, foot well, front floor board sections and cab floor support. Will be patching in or replacing these parts on both sides. My question to those who have gone before me is... In which order should I remove and then replace these panels? Direct advice or links to builds that specifically address this would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Randy

Re: Floor/jam repair - In what order?

I am in the process of doing this now on my 4x4 Burb. What a job. I took a bunch of measurements then cut everything out. I started with the foot well patch, then front and rear door pillar patches, then front and rear cab supports, then the floors pans out to the rocker. The prefab patches were mediocre at best and require some work. Looks like you may also need toeboards. I came across these on this site: http://directsheetmetal.com/Store/in...roducts_id=219

They are great and reasonably priced. Very solid. Here are a few pics starting on post #34.

Good luck!

Re: Floor/jam repair - In what order?

Thanks for the tip on toe boards. I'll order a set if I can't fabricate my own. It's good to know they're available.

I'm in the process of registering at the GMC site so I can see the pics of your build.

Also check out the 60-66 FAQ link for rocker, floor, panel patch threads.
