Back in a 72!!
A few years ago I sold my 71 4x4 that I had put a lot of work into and regretted it ever since. Well, my awesome wife bought me this truck for my 50th birthday that I just got this weekend. It's a 1/2 ton with fresh paint and a bunch of aftermarket stuff like AC, 700R4, fresh .030 over 350 and more. She's always been involved in my auto hobby and knows more than some guys when it comes to the older stuff. So, after being away from this forum, I'm back and in a truck!

Nice truck, nice shop, and nice wife.
I like the two-tone paint. I can't tell from the pictures what, if anything, separates the colors. Does it have striping, or does it go directly from bronze to white? The reason I ask is that I'm planning on doing my paint yellow with white at the bottom, and I'm trying to decide if I want to spring for moldings or not. |
