54 door repair suggestions

About 50 years ago I had the bright idea of putting my cool new Craig speakers in the doors. They lasted less than a year, sounded terrible and rotted away despite encasing rear in plastic. Fast forward 50 years and now stuck with a gaping hole to fill. I would love to find a piece of a door to weld in but so rural (on Oregon's Rust coast) they are made of unobtainium. Comments very welcome

Thought I should add its just the Passenger Side. Driver side resisted forced entry by a Motorcycle when Nixon was president and replaced. Will be adding full start to finish adds to:
