Another tilt column. (van)
This is in pretty decent shape with the 1/2 moon plug in. The head has a little play in it. Shifter pin feels tight. Has cruise on it. Levers look good.
katyperrysbra has first shot. After 24 hours it is up for grabs. Wheel is not included. $160 plus ship.
