16" Steelies on Ebay

I bought 4 of these and there are 8 left. Seemed like a great deal! (Not Mine).

Interesting--do you know if the stock 3/4 hubcaps fit on those?

Re: 16" Steelies on Ebay

Depends on bolt spacing, two different sizes.

Re: 16" Steelies on Ebay

Yes interchangeable if 8 lug x 6.5 bc (and chev caps fit). Ford rims are lug-centric, chevy are hub-centric. Fords fit on chev, are just centered via lugs. Work fine - see Sicklajoie's truck. This is a GOOD deal if they are correct bolt circle - note seller does (EDIT: left out the important word "NOT" - seller does NOT disclose bolt circle dia.. ) disclose bolt circle, so confirm before buying. Seems unrealistic - $35 wheel + $10 shipping. Seller is only making about $20 per wheel with the actual normal cost of shipping...

Re: 16" Steelies on Ebay

THESE are 6.5 bc... and $620 shipped for four.

DANTIP - have you received these yet? Can you confirm the bc diameter? Wow, great deal if all works out. Set of 4 is $180 shipped? Incredible.

Boy if I was looking for some 8 lug steelies I would be on those. Lots of guys running these on their 3/4 tons.

Re: 16" Steelies on Ebay

I think they're the metric ones. In the description ("Item Specifics" box) it says 8x165.1 not 8x6.5 and it shows on the summit racing site that you can pick either size so they may be different. I realize that 165.1 mm is close to 6.5 inches but there might be a difference if you can choose either.

Re: 16" Steelies on Ebay

That is a great deal! I got my Ford rims months ago and shopped around quite a bit..... couldn't find any that good at that price. BTW 165.1mm = 6.5". Those wheels will fit our trucks. The newer Ford metric bolt pattern is 8x170mm.

The Accuride part numbers provided helped me find the detail that shows the holes are on 6.5" centers. Should work!

Those fit and look good. I do run 1.5 inch spacers on the back just looks better
Than tucked under the bed imo.

Oh yeah, those work. Like others said, lug centric, not hub centric. But they definitely work.

Re: 16" Steelies on Ebay

I received my wheels today and they look very straight and nice. I'll try mounting one just to make sure.

If the truck I was putting them on wasn't so nice, I'd use them as they are. Sending them off for powder-coating tomorrow. My Michelin tires were also delivered!
