I'm going through hell with my build too. Carb is completely and utterly shagged. Whelp, there goes the plans of having it driving before winter. On a side note, 33"x12.5"x15" on it now. Looks like a mean military truck.

It was a broken wire. And i think mines gunna be built right. Instead of bein rushed.

All my lights worked, including the blinkers, even after sitting since 1985.

Mine was wired with house nuts... proof in my build thread. PO was trying to start a fire I guess.

I ripped everything out and installed a 9+3 wiring kit from Rebel Wire for $190.00 and it was not too bad with an extra set of hands. They are also super helpful on the phone or via e-mail. Guys on the board were real helpful in helping me diagnose some issues as well.

My dad has a shop thatl fit it and two other trucks, but hes not letting me put it in it, so shes stuck outside and i get to work on it in 13 Degree F weather.
