Pro charger
Ok guys been tossing the idea of going with a pro charger on my truck right now it's a bone stock 02 5.3 with just a stock pcm that has been flashed with just the basic get it running tune.
My question is after install would the tune that's in the pcm now be safe enough to start and run for a little (not drive down the road) before getting a real tune. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Pro charger
You'll max out all the fuel trims but it'll idle a p1 or d1.

Re: Pro charger
Look into the magnacharger which would have a better low end grunt then the procharger also is a liquid cooled.

Re: Pro charger
Maggies run higher intake temps and peak earlier. Either setup can run liquid cooling. Larger prochargers have to run liquid/ice.
