Lubricate? Grease? Anit Seize? Question

So I am a Noob and happy to admit. I have effectively torn my truck in half, now I am rebuilding and wanted to make sure I am doing everything correct. I am simply looking for advice of when to use what to make sure that bolts don't get seized and my truck doesn't decided to break in half when I put some miles on it. Just some rules of thumbs if you guys have it. Thanks for the advice, you guys are a wealth of knowledge!

Here's my two cents worth. I use anti seize on any aluminum, stainless and most steel bolts that go into a blind hole. The exception being a bolt that requires loctite on the threads.

Not sure whether you are going into the engine, but any bolts or studs that go into the water jacket should have sealer on them to stop the coolant from coming up the threads.

Also, be careful with bolts or nuts that you are torquing, as the torque specs might be for clean dry threads, not lubed threads.

Thanks guys! Any special brands y'all use and like? Also, other than a good grease for most suspension parts, anything else y'all use?

I just use clear silicone, non hardening type comes in a tube, I think home depot has it, it is used for o rings and faucets....it is a great anti-sieze and i use it on all nuts and bolts....except I use a silicone sealant for water jacket holes...

Antiseize is a must on anything stainless , or anything going into aluminum
