Thumbs up Got a question about a big block

Hey Guys: I just bought a 1986 454, #14015445 from a guy to put in my 68 2wd stepside, was going to put it in my 86 3/4 ton but I've changed my mine. Could anyone tell me what this engine was rated for horsepower from the factory, all my places tell me what it is but no HP rating, would like to learn all I can about Rat. Thanks JoAnne You can also email me at jirwin59@usadatanet.net

Im not a 100% shure about this but im thinking around 260 maybe 280HP with all the emission control stuff installed.

Im shure it has enough power to make your '68 scoot down the road pretty good
