Wiring problem
Hi guys,
First, a full happy new year for all of you and yours. Since I got my C20, I throw few looks in my engine compartment, and I found an unplugged wire on the drivers side near the firewall. Here is a picture of it, if any of you know where it is plugged and the purpose of this cable, it looks like a grounding cable. Many thanks, |

Re: Wiring problem
1968aj is right on it is a ground strap and needs to be connected to the engine. May have been originally under a valve cover bolt. You can never have too many ground straps so find a spot and connect it up. Happy New Year.

Re: Wiring problem
That ground strap commonly went under the rear valve cover bolt
