Question i got a ????

how much does a windshield for the 60 to 62 uusually run, when i got my truck last yr i was happy that the windsheild was in good shape other than a small rock chip, i could live with it. but lo an behold mother nature did her thing this yr, betweeen the snow an the heat from the inside of the truck from the sun, it cracked....now is it better to go with a new one, or if i can get one from a junk truck that is in good shape should i use an old one.....i knew that the snow an sun could crack a windshield, already happened to one in my driveway acouple of yrs ago, so i always clean the snow off them, but where my 61 was i couldnt get to it...can i change it myself or is it to hard to do because its curved...on my 84 i can do those myself....in a couple of weeks im gonna get started on my 61 again, im tired of it just sittin around, so since i cant sell it, i m gonna get it up an runnin....not countin the cost of the windsheild i only need about 5 to 700.00 to have it up an runnin....once it is runnin then i can worry about the little things like body work....interior, an stuff like that......

I had a used one I got for free for my '60 Burb, but when the glass man went to install it, it cracked . So I ended up having to buy a new one....$250 plus $35 for the seal and $35 installation.
