I agree with Pete, To me it looks to have factory AC installed which was taken from another truck.
It does not have the factory 4X4 vacuum pod angle bracket, plus if you look closely at the picture that shows the engine compartment you will notice that the hole in the firewall for the AC/Heat cable does not come through in the factory location.
