Mike,
Did you figure out your brake light/tail light issue?

Re: Project... Tired of not having a daily driver!

Thanks everyone. It's a good driver. Still a lot of small things to do before it sells but for something you can drive, tow with and still feel like you have a truck you can be seen in, it's worthy.
Ben,
I found a loose wire behind the fuse box. I'm still investigating the final issue. It's safe and I'll replace the canceling cam when I replace the steering wheel.

All,
Thanks for the encouragement. I'll post the final pics after it's cleaned up.

Mike

This truck is looking killer. What is the Factory paint code for that blue?

Mike,
Just wanted to thank you again for the rush on those parts! Now, if I can only get a day off without interruptions..... maybe I could get this beast cranked up!!!
Have a good one!

Always glad to help Ben!
Fixed the brake lights... It was the plug on the brake pedal and a small short. All fixed and working now! Just a few small things left (as you know too well) then it's going to Feebay! Gotta generate some money for the other build!

Re: Project... Tired of not having a daily driver!

I'm glad I finally came across this build. Beautiful truck and is exactly how I have envisioned my 72 C20 build as well (only in the medium bronze). Sad to see that you're selling it already, but I understand. I look forward to reading about your bronze truck build as well.

Take care,

Joe

I work out of town during the week and had to buy another house in that town. It sucks driving between both houses (3 hrs one way) but I work on the medium bronze truck during the week at the work house.
I'm almost done with the 17K mile 2015 5.3 and 8 speed install in the bronze truck.
This should really let it get further down the road for sure.
Thanks for the compliment and I'll be sure to keep that builds post updated.
