are these factory tow hooks ?
are these the desirable tow hoks , at first i thought they were but then i got to looking at some other ones on ebay and these ones dont look like them , are they just a different style of 67-72 tow hooks , they came from a 71 jimmy

Mac, I had one hook like those. Was told they were '67-'68 and that the style changed in '69. Wouldn't bet the farm on it but it came from a fellow that sure knew alot about trucks! Good Luck.

Sorry to confirm but those aren't truck hooks. They look like bus hooks to me too. I like them though. I have a set of those on my 68.

Bus hooks. Breeh, did you have to drill new holes in your frame to mount them?

I did have to drill holes in the frame for them. As far as not being worth spit, they work great, they aren't too large for the application as the correct ones are IMHO, and they aren't so expensive that you wouldn't want to use them anyway. Sorry if I PO'd any die hard factory tow hook fans!
