Re: 82 Silverado restomod - turbo LSx build
No progress on the truck, so I thought I would update you guys as to what I have been doing.
Some douchenozzle decided to break into my Miata and pull the phone mount off the dash. No clue why, I never lock it and there was nothing of any real value in it. ![]() Luckily I have a spare Miata. I've been meaning to pull the last useful parts off of it and scrap it. Now seemed like a good time. First I pulled the doors. I also removed the deck lid but I didn't get a pic of it. Looks like a deck lid. ![]() Started pulling the dash. Not as hard as you would think, honestly. Just very dusty. ![]() Not a whole lot left on my parts car at this point. ![]() Slightly more electronics than my square body. ![]() This weekend I'm going to pull the wheels off for a spare set and then take it across the scales. ![]() Dash all out and sitting on the tailgate of my 82, waiting for me to clean it up and put it in this weekend. ![]() I promise as soon as I'm done with this I'll pull the drivetrain from the donor Yukon
