A novice approach to 41 door half skins
Any suggestions of better methods are welcome. I have had the same problem with 2 left doors where the distance between the vertical pre-bends are about 3/16" too narrow.
I would like to see the vendors/makers of the half skins to not put a vertical bend in the rearward edge of the skin ---add 1/8 of an inch--- and leave it flat. Front edge, bottom edge, and indent at the top are OK.

All welded, both side edges rolled. Bottom edge left to do tomorrow. I will pre-fit it before blocking.
