Got some free parts
My neighbor has an '87 Blazer that he has not driven in about 18 months since he bought a Toyota SUV. I was out in the driveway yesterday working on the truck when he came over to tell me that he had a buyer for his truck. As he was leaving, he said "Hey, do you need any of the rubber parts that go around your windows?"
Mine are all original, and falling apart. I need all that stuff badly. He went over to his house and came back with a new set of wing window gaskets and gave them to me. It is all brand new, and still in the GM plastic bags! He said that if he finds anything else that will fit my truck he wll bring it over. Slonaker |

Why can't I have cool neighbors like that? The neighbor across the street has 3 mustangs in his garage though - 1964 1/2, 1965, & 1967. He also has an 87 Blazer that I have been helping him with when it gives him trouble which is few and far between.

How about posting the GM#'s for everyone to check w/their local dealers for possible leftover stock still on the shelves.

I would be happy to post the numbers, but aren't they still widely available?
